Grilled-Kebab Salmon with vegetables

Today will be skewered salmon with Zucchini and lemon in the magic sauce. Awsome recipe, Grilled-Kebab Salmon with vegetables.I have heard that we should try to have around 2 to 3 portions of fish in our diet every week.Try to prepare fish at least once a week, and am trying to get more in as time goes by…

1. slice the fish and Zucchini (Zucchini can be) and lemons. Fish cut into pieces of 2 cm in the zucchini in half lengthwise and crosswise on the thick wedges, lemons thin rings.

2.Now Make glaze-sauce. Mix in a bowl with olive oil, honey, herbs, aprika (can be 50-50 spicy and sweet), salt and lemon juice.

3.place on skewers our fish. Zucchini, lemon ring, folded in half, fish. And so 23times.  Bake in the oven for 79 minutes,

Everything is quite juicy, tasty and fragrant. Even I, no special lover of fish, kebabs were so taste.
